As a Product Owner for Residential Heat Pumps, you will be a creative key player in the development and implementation of customer-focused, highly profitable solutions with a heat pump at its core. You and your team will have end-to-end responsibility throughout the lifecycle. Your understanding of customer needs and your entrepreneurial and agile approach are invaluable in developing solutions based on market needs.

Your impact

  • Coordinate end-to-end responsibility for a specific product (and ensuring "Customer Centricity" throughout the product life cycle
  • Lead a cross-functional product team and ensure the achievement and maintenance of the functionality, quality and profitability of your product for new product development and product maintenance
  • Key product contact for markets and other internal and external partners
  • Implement development projects and releases of the product
  • Deliver regular status reports to product line owner, partners, and management

Who you are

Dealing with a wide variety of partners in a friendly manner is one of your strengths. What's more:

  • Completed technical or commercial studies
  • Market knowledge in the field of heat pumps is an advantage; sound knowledge of heating or air conditioning/technology
  • Experience in product management and project management (classic, agile, hybrid)
  • Experience as a project manager/product owner with leadership skills in interdisciplinary teams
  • Confident appearance, clear communication in word and writing (English and German)
